My Philosophy

From the day we are born, women are told a story. We are told how period pain and PMS is “normal” and that the only solution we are offered is a birth control prescription. We are told that if we struggle to get pregnant then the only way to conceive that child that we desire more than anything in the world is to spend many thousands of dollars on fertility drugs and assistive reproductive technology such as IUI or IVF. We are expected to suffer in silence and made to feel guilty if we cancel plans or have to call out of work yet again.

My mission? To change all that. When you find yourself in crippling pain each month or are watching month after month go by without that positive pregnancy test, it is easy to feel broken or less than.  My mission is to help women feel empowered to take their health and vitality into their own hands. We will work together to come up with diet and lifestyle changes that fit easily into your life along with targeted supplementation to help you feel your best and achieve the life you have always dreamed of.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Functional Hormone Specialist, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, I help you get to the root of your issues from a holistic perspective. We will spend a lot of time together investigating your unique self and discovering what works for your body and what doesn’t to help bring your body into its most optimum state so that you can have happy periods, happy hormones, and become your most fertile self!

FAQ

Have a question? I would love to hear from you!

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional Therapy takes a bio-individual and holistic approach to healing the body. We will work together to check in on the foundations of a nutrient dense diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, and more to bring your body into its most optimum health!

How is it different?

Nutritional Therapy allows us to dive deep into the health and function of your body. We will take a close look at over 350 symptoms your body may be experiencing to see what it may be telling us and how we can help.

How long will this take?

Truly healing the body does take time, so it is important to not rush the process. I highly recommend spending a minimum of 3 months on this program to see the deep, lasting results you are looking for.

How can I work with you?

Currently I am accepting clients 1:1 in a virtual setting, so I am able to work with women from anywhere in the world!

Can food really affect my hormonal health?

YES!! Food is what nourishes our bodies each and every day. Feeding our bodies the foods that help it feel its best will impact our hormones in the best possible way. In our work we will take a look at food as well as targeted supplementation, proper hydration, and stress management.
